Immigration DNA Testing Credit Card Refund Policy

Transactions will appear as Immigration DNA Testing on your credit card statement. All valid transactions are final. After transacting your entry, the following refund policy will take effect.

Immigration DNA Testing will determine if a transaction is valid or invalid. For example, a duplicate transaction created through an error in our software processing may be considered invalid. Invalid transactions will be refunded in total.  Transactions created by customer error may be considered valid orders. Transactions deemed to be invalid prior to the transaction’s batch processing will be voided. After batch processing, the original transaction must be credited.

Cancellations: Each order may have specific refund policies that may apply that will be noted on the invoice or website in the info section. Please contact Immigration DNA Testing if you need to cancel your order. It is up to Immigration DNA Testing to accept or decline all refunds due to cancellations, etc. Once a test kit has shipped, no refunds can be issued.

All valid refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.  Cancelled orders shall be refunded back to original card.

NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE ON A COMPLETED TEST

SHIPPING EXPENSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

In no event shall Immigration DNA Testing be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, the materials and the products, or the outcome of a DNA test.
